Jonathan Lewis, 17, died in the hospital

A shocking video shows a gang attack that left a Las Vegas high school student dead.

Jonathan Lewis, 17, died in the hospital days after he was brutally beaten near the Rancho High School.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says approximately 15 teens were involved in the beating on Nov. 1.

Eight high school students in Las Vegas are facing murder charges after being arrested in connection with the fatal beating of fellow student Jonathan Lewis.

Cops in Sin City announced Tuesday all 8 arrested are between the ages of 13 and 17 cops took all 8 students into custody Tuesday morning and police is still working to identify 2 more teens believed to be involved in the fatal beat down.

Police say the fight started over stolen wireless headphones and possibly a stolen vape pen.
