Keke Palmer has obtained a temporary restraining order against Darius Jackson in addition to requesting sole custody of their 8-month-old son Leo.




Keke Palmer has obtained a temporary domestic violence restraining order against her ex boyfriend Darius Jackson.

In court documents, Keke writes that ending her relationship with Darius last month did not put a stop to the alleged abuse. She claims, “If anything, he is even more unhinged, volatile and dangerous to both me and our son.”



The “Nope” star, who is seeking sole physical and legal custody of their 8-month-old son, Leodis “Leo,” claimed in court documents that Jackson attacked her on Nov. 5 after she explained she didn’t want Leo going to a football game.

“At that point, he lunged at me, grabbing at my neck and face, knocked me backwards over the couch, stole my phone out of my hands and then ran out of the house,” state the documents, obtained by Page Six.

Palmer, 30, further alleges that Jackson nearly “hit” her with his car when he tried to flee the scene.
